Frequently asked questions
Can't see your question? Call 07958 661099.
Can you come today?
Often, yes. Customers regularly have us out the same day, sometimes within the hour for leaks. Call and we'll give you a time straight away.
Will the price change once you start?
No. We confirm the price before any work begins. If we find something else that needs doing, we tell you first.
Do you work weekends and bank holidays?
Yes. We've been out on Sundays and bank holiday weekends for leaks and urgent repairs. Call to check availability.
Can I send a photo first?
Yes. WhatsApp a photo to 07958 661099. It helps us price the job and bring the right part so it's fixed in one visit.
Which areas do you cover?
East and North London, including Islington, Holloway, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green and Canary Wharf. Outside these areas? Call and ask.
Do you work for businesses?
Yes. We work for homes and commercial customers.
